• Using USB storage as pass-through disk.

USB-HDD and Windows To Go certified USB stick

This is easy.

Normal USB sticks

Disk Administrator and diskpart cannot be removable media to offline.
Use WProtect, can be removable media to offline.

By the way, when SAN Policy set to Offline All, new USB storage will be offline. But Disk Administrator and diskpart cannot be these to online.

USB-HDDとWindows To Go対応USBメモリの場合

ディスクをオフラインにするだけですね。

普通のUSBメモリの場合

リムーバブルメディアではディスクの管理やdiskpartからはオフラインに出来ません。
そこでWProtectを使います。

ちなみにSAN PolicyをOffline Allにすると新規のUSBストレージは最初からオフラインに出来ますが当然ディスクの管理やdiskpartではオンラインに出来ません。
