1st stage: selection of nice ideas

  • Call for ideas/proposals
  • Basic detailing of ideas/proposals
  • Detailing of proponent curriculum
  • Feedback of ideas/proposals
  • Karma build
  • Selection of Judges/Specialists

1nd stage voting

  • Karma voting of ideas/proposals
  • Selection of Top n1* ideas/proposals

2nd stage: filtering of potential projects

  • Advanced detailing of approved ideas/proposals (pseudo white paper)
  • Feedback of detailing by HKG holders
  • Team aggregation (may add/remove team members)

2nd stage voting

  • HKG carbon voting of ideas/proposals
  • Selection of Top n2* ideas/proposals

3rd stage: filtering of viable projects

  • Technical detailing of approved ideas/proposals (psuedo yellow paper)
  • Feedback of tecnhical details by Judges/Specialists

3rd stage voting

  • Judges voting
  • Selection of winning ideas/proposals

4th stage: incubation

  • Development of winning ideas

Techincal assistance:

  • Proponent request assistance of Judges/Specialists
  • Specialists earn tokens when help

Money release:

  1. Proponent request release: for example "we need to pay a UX developer"
  2. HKG analysis request, aprooves or declines
  3. If declined, proponent can request to judges.
  4. Tokens are distributed among HKG holders when aprooved

Project launch:

  1. Proponent presents product
  2. Remaining money release request
  3. On approval, tokens distributed.
