cnpXpress for iPad – Demo Video (password: sundevils)

  • Developing the initial version of cnpXpress for iPad, a mobile auditing app that allows over 30 US states to easily track children nutrition records and ensure school districts comply with the state regulations.

  • Implemented the RESTKit framework, coupled with MagicalRecord to elegantly handle CoreData syncing, operations, and maintenance with web-service on a background thread.

  • Developed custom UI controls that utilize Core Animation, creating a wonderful UX that is both subtle and elegant.

  • Developed security measures (Encryption, HMAC, SSL) with ASP.NET MVC 4 RESTful web-services to communicate securely between iPad and SQL Server.

  • Manage GIT repository on bitbucket.org for cnpXpress and the asp.net web-service.

Paramyths - iPhone App

  • Developed v1.0 of Paramyths, a picture story-telling iPhone game that users contribute partial stories and images to create a larger story from many different cultures.

  • Developed Custom Image Collection Views that utilized asynchronous downloading for a responsive user experience.

  • Developed the REST web-service in PHP/MySQL to accept image uploads and post request into the database.

  • Deployed the AWS (Amazon) EC2 server running a LAMP stack with load-balancing and autoscaling .

  • Developed Paramyths from concept to App Store deployment.


##Personal Projects

###Glow – iPhone Game ######Created with the cocos2d 2.0 framework.

Glow is an accelerometer based puzzle game for the iPhone. By tilting your phone you move the glowing ball around and hit the blue tiles. Be cautious though, every tile you roll over toggles on and off. When you hit all the blue tiles you still need to turn the dark tiles off! Oh yea, and don't forget to watch out for bombs!
