Integra Whitepaper Review — Master Index (all pages, all gists, priority-ranked)

Integra Whitepaper — Revision Index

Review and tightening pass across the whitepaper. The core thesis, market analysis, and blockchain architecture are strong. The agent-related pages need revision — some features are described as shipped products when they're still in design, and several references to external standards need cleaner framing so they hold up under diligence.

Each gist contains the full revised content ready to paste into GitBook.

P0 — Tighten Before Any External Review

These pages reference standards and features as if they're deployed. The revisions reframe them around Integra's protocol design and position roadmap items honestly.

Page Where to Apply What's Revised Gist
Integra's Unique Solution GitBook page Removes premature references to external ERC standards not yet ratified. Agent authorization described as Integra's own protocol-level design. Cleans up unverifiable stats. Full rewrite
Agent Passport GitBook page Restructured around Integra's agent authorization model. Staking and reputation described as protocol mechanics rather than specific tiers that aren't live yet. Full rewrite
Agent SDK + Arena GitBook page Rewritten to describe the agent registration and execution architecture. Removes the npm package reference and features not yet built. Agent archetypes framed as design patterns the protocol enables. Full rewrite

P1 — Credibility & Tone Polish

Structurally sound pages with framing issues that could raise eyebrows in a close read.

Page Where to Apply What's Revised Gist
Executive Summary GitBook page Primitives table updated (Agent SDK row → Agent Arena). AUM figure flagged — keep only if backed by signed partnerships. Edits
Market Forces & White Space GitBook page Competitive table rewritten — same data, professional tone. Descriptive entries instead of checkmarks. Securitize reframed as potential partner. Table rewrite
Global Orderbook GitBook page Architecture and routing model expanded. Removed specific partner names until formalized. Commission infrastructure gets its own section. Full rewrite
Three-Tier Architecture GitBook page AI Security Layer section cleaned up — agent scope enforcement accurately described as protocol-level design. Section edits

P2 — Minor

Page Where to Apply What's Revised Gist
Introduction GitBook page Grammar fix: "has demonstrated" → "have demonstrated" Fix

TL;DR

8 pages revised out of 20. The market thesis, blockchain architecture, compliance, and tokenization pages are solid — no changes needed. The revisions focus on the agent layer: grounding the narrative in Integra's actual protocol design and making sure roadmap items are positioned as roadmap items, not shipped features.
