Description

Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing backend solutions, smart contracts and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties. Full Stack Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

  • Developing front end website architecture.
  • Developing back end website applications.
  • Creating servers and databases for functionality.
  • Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
  • Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
  • Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
  • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
  • Designing and developing APIs.
  • Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
  • Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Full Stack Developer Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science (optional).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Typescript.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Node js, React.
  • Proficiency with testing frameworks.
  • Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Other duties

  • Write one (or more) article per months about development practices, blockchain or DeFi.
  • Keep documentation up to date
  • Diligence in team activities
  • Customer service on Company channels, ie: Discord/Twitter
  • Good social presence on Twitter or a other social network relevant to the industry.
  • Proficiency in interacting with on-line communities, ie: DAO forum.
  • Staying ahead of news in DeFi/DAOs/Ethereum.

Place of work

Activities are performed mostly remotely, timezone of reference is GMT+1. You are required to be available at any time from 09:00 to 19:00 on the Discord audio channel. Additional hours might be requires at any time. The remote activities might end in favor of an on-site arrangement at any time.

Weekly basis activities

  • Mon, from 09:00 to 11:00 is week planning.
  • Everyday at 11:00 to 11:20 is standup, to be performed on the #meeting channel on Discord (come prepared with bulletpoints), in case of being out of office, it is required to update your peers on the #standup channel
  • Friday at 17:00, live stream and demo of the past week's deliverables.
  • Friday at 18:00, retrospective.
  • Friday at 18:30, team gaming event (optional)
