 #Pairing Project Reflections

 ##Abstract

 -The target for this pairing project was divided in three main topics, work in team, learn new technologies and 
 create an interactive app. 
 1.Develop techniclas skills as a sofware developer is very important but learn to work in a team is crucial to be succeful in 
 this industy. During this project we were working to develop skills such as efficient *communication, empathy, strategies and 
 stablish a clear DTR norms* to work properly as a team.
 2.Besides, we faced new technologies which we have use before, this allow me to go beyond my confort zone to ask for help and
 resources to understand how to interpet it.
 3.Finally the most importat part of this project was create an interactive app where the user can create ramdonly or customized 
 rom com's covers, woth the possibility to saved them. This project was a great experience to let us go out of the practice zone
 and start to use our knowledge into a real project.

 ##Overall

 -My approach to work succesfully into a team is stablish the norms and be open to work and learn from your team. Code can have
 multiple options to solve a problem and that's the biggest challenge when you work in a team, but if we are open to share and learn
 from new perspectives this challenges becomes into a opportunity to grow, also work with an effective **feedback** is crucial. 

 ##Technical

 -To solve our technical problems the communication was the key, we realized that each one has different methods to learn or 
 approach a problem, so we decided to stablish a time to work separitely to have for find answers and resoruces to solve the 
 problem, this allow us to have great disccusions and different perspectives to solve the problem.

 ##Reflection

 -When you work by your own seens to be easier because you dont have to deal with teamwork difficulties, but once that you can learn
 and stalbish a strategie to work in a team, the process becomes easier and at the end of the project you went out of your **own
 boundries.**
