In the log I see that the ONT advertises EthUni 0x0401 but the ISP configures EthUni 0x0101, 0x0102, 0x0103 and 0x0104.
As the responses are ok (Result=0x0), do I understand correctly that OMCI_FAKE_OK was set to 1?
Were you able to access the internet?

I'm asking because I had the same problem but I had to perform some additional hacks to connect to the internet.

Yes, I use OMCI_FAKE_OK 1 just get internet

You can try running

omcicli set logfile 3 0xffffffff

and disconnecting and reconnecting the fiber cable.
The log should appear in

/tmp/omcilog.par

and the packet hex dump in

/tmp/omcilog

If you want the settings to persist across reboots you can set the parameters OMCI_LOGFILE and probably OMCI_LOGFILE_MASK.

check SFP speed, I afraid your router set 10Mbps for SFP stick, try force 1000Mbps
