Thank you.
The issue is within nutpie.
I used a standard NUTS sampling form pymc
Instead:

trace = nutpie.sample(
    nutpie.compile_pymc_model(model),
    seed=SEED
)

I called:

with model:
    trace = pm.sample()

It solved all my issues.
