how to install:
hit download ZIP button top right corner
then unzip somewhere

in a windows explorer enter in the location bar:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes

then copy those unzipped .theme files there

log off and back on, then can find these themes under personalize - themes - contrast themes
