How it is we got there
Or more accurately you did
For I doubt that I can make it
I doubt I have long to live
Did we finally create
A true society?
One worthy of the name
A better world for everyone
Or is it still just all the same?
Do we still use pointless money?
Are we slave to false authority
Tricked into killing one another?
Are we yet starving in the streets?
Do people die of sickness
That's not really a disease?
Or have we finally realized
The potential of our kind?
Please tell me if you can
