* What are you doing well as a pair programmer and collaborator?

    I talk a lot. I like to throw ideas back and forth with whoever I'm working with. 

* How do you use your strengths as a team member?

  I'm very open with my communication. I like to bounce ideas around and talk about what's going on.

* How would you like to continue to develop your strengths?

  I want to continue to work on teams to see how I can be a better collaborator. 

* What would you like to improve on as a teammate? 

  I want to increase my technical skillset so I have more to contribute.

* How would you like your teammates to see you?

  Responsible, capable, warm and friendly. 

* Any other comments:

  I really enjoy my recent pairing. My group for Little Shop had really good synergy.
