# Feedback II Reflection

  Last week on Wednesday or Thursday


* How did you prepare for the conversation? 
  I didn't prepare much for this conversation. I knew what we needed to work on since we had a pretty open and dynamic relationship communication wise.

* How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult? 
  I felt the conversation was very easy and organic since we were on the same page for the entire project. The difficult part of the conversation was giving each constructive feedback since we both felt like we did that during the project time process. It was difficult to come up with future things to work on since we made an active approach during our project time together to help each other recognize and then work on what may have been areas of opportunity.

* What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
  We remained clear and concise while being respectful. If there is feedback to be given it has to be targeted toward specific examples and possibly with a way that individual can adjust their approach or behavior.

  Really enjoy having these gear ups!
