I wrote a note you can send to the candidates who are NOT moving forward with the interview process.

Thank you for completing the OA test. I regret to inform you that your interview process ends here. We were fortunate to have over 300 applicants, and I could only pick 10 for the next round of interviews. I wish I had the time to provide you with personal feedback about your answers, they were very thought provoking and insightful. I encourage you to keep coding, follow your dreams, and apply to more positions! Thank you for your time and interest in our company.

Hi,
You name and name are listed in the second batch for the phone interview.
If we can't get any right candidates from the first batch I will invite the second batch candidates for the phone interview by the end of Sep.
The early time will be in the last week of Sep.
And you need not wait for us if have another opportunity.
