Who your contact is, why you want to connect with them, and what you want to talk about?

Tommy Gaessler. He is a friend and well established software engineer in the Denver tech community, with a similar story as mine. I would like to talk more about interviews, resume prep, and the best approach to fitting into a team when I land my first job!

When you will contact them by and how you plan to meet?

Already contacted as we are friends. Going to plan on getting together for coffee during intermission week.

What your follow-up will look like once you've met with them?

Thank him as usual and plan to meet again as I progress further into Turing and my job hunt.

What other steps will you take to start building a stronger network in the tech community?

Looking to start going to meetups with my roomate or other turing friends and hopefully landing some coffee chats with people I network with there. As well as continuing to reach out to others in the tech community through LinkedIn.
