Is it possible to make a change so this script works for subfolders and maybe subsubfolders ?

does anyone have a working fix for having stuff pre-defined. I tried the various scripts people posted here, but they do not work.
I would like default subs to be on Y, forced on N, mkv as container, srt as sub and dut as language.
