If needed to update the phar file, go to the "Update Minecraft" button in the "Settings tab", select the "PocketMine [PHP7]" then for the "Type", don't enter "JAR and Config" because it will downgrade to the old Config for PocketMine, instead, click the "JAR File" . After that, the PMMP phar will download and update.
