You could just use space instead of numbers like below for better representation of board.

please check my forked version, I modified it,
your code is simple for beginners and easy to understand,
while my refactored version needs higher level + fixed bug that any player can overwrite other player cell,

Added another version with colors and more refactoring
added draw condition in case no players wins
There are some of glitches in the given code which i could find:
- It goes to infinity when no match is made.
- It doesn't shows the the final board and declare directly the winning team.
