These inferred relationships are from the delta after classification. Rows with "<" (1 - 7) are from the build on 06/02 and rows with ">" (8 - 9) are from the previous build.
As you can see that row 1 and row 8 have the same triples and only the relationship ids are different. The relationship ids with "<" are from the international release and ids with ">" are from the US extension. As these 7 relationships (row 8- row 14) are active in the previous US extension therefore they didn't appear in the RVF reports in the previous build. However in the latest build relationships (row 1 - row 7) are in the classification results which use the international relationship ids and because these ids are not part of previous extension release , therefore these additional 7 failures are reported in the RVF results.
