Yup

When I selected "n" on the option "Move Dock on the right", after reboot, the dock was to the right side.
Maybe could you provide a much implicit message for the "natural scrolling" question, I had to google it to know what was the behaviour (the old or the new one). Maybe saying something like "(when you go down on your mouse/touchpad scroll, the scrolling goes up, and vice versa)"

Found a small bug. All questions are evaluating to true regardless of the answer. To fix it, line 56 (https://gist.github.com/2108403#file-hack-sh-L56) needs to change from this:

For example, I told it not to speed up my mouse, told it not to enable 2d dock, and told it not to move my dock to the right side of the screen
