When problem solving, I tend to be neutral between reflective and aggressive. I can easily take a more calculated approach to solving a problem. Or can I just as easily take a more assertive approach to solving that same problem.

When processing information, I am extremely realistic rather than optimistic. I will be more skeptical and want to validate information before trusting. As opposed to being optimistic and trusting / accepting of information.

When managing I am predictable rather than dynamic. I naturally lean towards a slower, methodical management style where I prefer focusing on one project as a time and tend to want to plan for change. I am not fast-paced and cannot juggle multiple projects simultaneously easily.

When facing risk, I am a structured risk taker. I follow established procedures and see them as a source of protection. Therefore, I am a low risk taker. I do not view rules and procedures as broad guidelines and will not typically push the envelope of risk.
