 We are hiring a Founding AI Product Engineer / Full Stack AI engineer. 
 Fully remote (ideally based in Montreal, or Toronto). 
 Generous stock option plan.

 The Stack: DSPy, FastAPI, ColPali, Vespa, Next.JS (Ts), Iceberg, Ray.io, K8s

 Trampoline is a pre-seed-stage Al sales tool founded by Gabriel Lespérance (CS @ McGill, prev CTO @ Wavo.me, X @glesperance, 4x Deloitte Fast 50) and Ed Reinach (X @ereinach, prev Head of Growth @Urbania, 20+ International Awards) . 

 This is an invite-only opportunity. We will not post a public job description - because this is more than a job. 

 This is your chance to apply bleeding-edge AI concepts and join experienced founders iin creating a new category of AI interface to tackle some of the most complex processes in companies, starting with Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.


 On principles - we are looking for:

 🤌 A good taste for quality software and user interface.
 🤖 Can code fast and slow. Understand and respect each speed's tradeoffs.
 🚂 Heavy user of generative AI. A demonstrable interest with AI through pro and pet projects.
 ☎️ You like to talk with users, champion their journey and support them.
 🧘‍♀️ Entrepreneurial mindset - You want to be paid like an owner. You want to work like an owner.
 🏁 High agency. You like to find better ways to do things. You don't ask permission to try them out.

 → We want someone who can work all the way up and down the stack. From the typescript next-js react app, down to the api layer (FastAPI). 

 → We want someone who’s played with language models. Has an interest in how to turn them into tools / apps that provide customer value.

 → We don’t need someone who’s trained models, although a data-driven mindset would be a plus.

 → The ideal candidate is either a young cracked engineer who tried building their own AI startup, and would be tempted in joining an early stage but more mature startup, -or- a senior engineer with startup experience, and that works fluently with typescript / python, and would love to repeat the experience.
