Features / app that offer huge benefits to accessibility "by accident"

  • Yuka : French mobile app to scan product bar code to know if there are healthy or not.

Used by blind people to know what product they are handling.

  • Taxi/cab hailing apps (like Uber)

They modernized the black cab industry. The deaf/BSL users weren't able to communicate to the driver where they want to go.
