Ingredients of Miso Base
- 1 cup aka-miso
- 1 cup shiro-miso
- Red pepper powder
- Curry powder
- Lard (for stir frying)
Ingredients of Chili Oil
- 1 cups vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup garlic, minced
- 1-2 green onion, minced
- 1/4 cup red pepper powder
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup miso base
- 1/2 cup garlic, sliced
- 1/2 lb pork belly slices, cut into bite-sized pieces (Komagire)
- 3 cups chicken soup stock
- 1/2 lb noodle
- 1 pack bean sprouts
- 1-2 tbsp lard
- 1-2 tsp MSG (optional)
- 1/4 cup red pepper powder (adjust as you like)
- 1/4 cup chili oil (adjust as you like)
Preparation
- Heat lard in wok, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add meat, continue for stirring.
- Add soup, bring to a boil; then add red pepper.
- Stir in miso base; add MSG for optional.
- Add extra red pepper, then add chili oil.
- Prepare the cooked noodle into bowl; transfer everything in the wok into the bowl.
- Serve with boiled bean sprouts.
