You can remove the bar by right clicking it and selecting hidden.

- Enable the policy.

- Go to "Local Computer Policy\Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Defender"
- Enable the "Turn off Windows Defender Policy"
- Click the no AV alert
- Click "Turn Off notifications about A.V."
- Turn it off
- Go to Control Panel > System and Security > Security and Maintenance > Turn off messages about firewall.
- In the Windows Store remove all Queued installations
- In search for "Apps and Features", click on the result under "Settings"
- Uninstall
- Ask yourself, "WHYYY" and "How do we get here."
