  1. Open the start menu
  2. Type cmd and look for the Command Prompt entry
  3. Right click that and run it as an Administrator
  4. Run the following commands in order (capitalization does matter).
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
