Your lazyness isn't quite the thing that people are interested in. Efficiency and tool knowledge is what you want to sell.
Maybe giving a glimpse at what kind of tricks you want to show would help.
I agree with @wenz about toning it down a bit. I would leave the cheeky attitude (since that's part of what you're selling), but focus on the pragmatism of using the IDE and how it can solve problems developers face over and over to speed up their development time..

I like the topic and would attend this session, but the wording of the abstract is a bit too cocky for me ("waaaaay too lazy", "note taking equipment"). I'd suggest you tone it down a bit, and also mention a few highlights you are about to show. 43 sounds like a lot, so some may doubt whether all of them are really useful or just some shortcuts. jm2c :)
