- Pros: The company is doing the exact kind of work I'm looking for. Web/Software Development that is aimed at improving outcomes for doctors / patients.
- Cons: Very small company, still only a year or two old.

- Technical Interview Questions: I've already pursued them to a small degree, which included a small 30 question challenge associated with multiple languages such as C#/Ruby/Rails/Javascript. I didnt know the questions associated with the languages I havent learned, but felt I did alright on the others.
- Pros: Big company, well known for having a cool culture and a great product.
- Cons: Might feel a little lost in an organization of their size, unsure of mentorship opportunities.

- Pros: Medium company whose services I've used for a really long time, at least 15 years. I love the music they stream.

- Next Step: Going to apply to their senior ruby/rails dev position they have listed. Maybe it'll work out!

- Technical Interview Questions: Given a string, find all palindromes. A small ruby application to find the best poker hand given a 5 card hand.
- Pros: Big, successful company. They hired Lovisa. I beleive their mentorship structure is well fleshed out.
- Cons: Big, corporate company. I could see their culture being a con if they are already entrenched with a corporate mindset.
