Component	Description
Telegraf	metrics collection agent
InfluxDB	time-series database
Chronograf	visualization dashboards + admin ui (replaces admin ui from InfluxDB 1.3+)
Kapacitor	stream / batch processing for alerts

Keep version parity between all TICK components eg. 0.11.
