That's 2024 off to... a start. Here's what I've been up to during the first month of the year!
Improvements continue to be made to Mercury. Changes have been made to some UI and form elements to make them work better with JS enabled, optimisations to corescripts and better library support, and the generic major updates of dependencies.
Go has been making its way into the Mercury codebase, including the new client deployer found in my previous gist. It has helped to greatly improve efficiency and speed of many processes.
Lastly, some upcoming features you can expect in the coming weeks include avatar shop improvements and support for hats.
My website is down now because of that thing Freenom does where they wipe your nameservers and don't let you reconfigure it for several months (that's what happened to Reviso). It should always be available at heliodex.netlify.app though (and Reviso at reviso.netlify.app).
I always have a number of miscellaneous projects for things I find interesting or useful, but for the moment a lot of them seem to be more difficult to work on than Mercury, so that's mostly what I come back to and work on regularly. You'll see more about those other projects if they ever reach a point where they're worth talking about.
