Digi Edgeport USB-to-Serial Converter (TI) driver installer for Linux

This installs the Linux driver for the TI-based Digi Edgeport USB-to-Serial Converters.

Installation Instructions

  1. Have the following commands installed:

    • base64
    • lrzip
    • Some method of getting the following installer.sh file onto your computer. Perhaps curl or wget.
  2. Download the installer.sh shell script and interpret it with root privileges.

    Example using curl and sudo:

    curl https://gist.githubusercontent.com/Higgs1/aad3a617128642b2e16d6bbef6788b1e/raw/installer.sh | sudo sh
  3. Plug the Digi Edgeport USB-to-Serial Converter into your computer and begin use.
