Postgress setup
You manipulate postgres through the user postgres, as so:
# su - postgres
$ createdb mydb
$ psql -s mydb
# create user someuser password 'somepassword';
# GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON DATABASE mydb TO someuser;
