As a contributor to a project under the Dark Roleplay organization, you grant Dark Roleplay the following:

• You grant Dark Roleplay a license to use your code contributed to our projects, under the Dark Roleplay Mod License v1.
• You assign copyright ownership of your contributions to any project owned by the Dark Roleplay organization, where it will be licensed under the Dark Roleplay Mod License v1.

This is intended as a legally binding copyright assignment to the Dark Roleplay organization for contributions under any of our Projects codebase.

Dark Roleplay Mod License v1

By exercising the Licensed Rights (defined below), You accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License (defined below).

Section 1 - definitions

1. Source Code means any fully executable description of a software system. Including machine code, high level languages and executable graphical representations of systems.
2. Assets mean any component not falling under the prior definition of Source Code, including image files, text files and other binary representations of data which is not an executable software system.
3. Snippet means a small segment of source code which is not an executable software system on its own. This may include an entire function and even entire Source Code files. As long as the Snippet doesn't extent 75% of the provided source code.
4. Artistic medium means the platform on which an art piece is provided. Examples for a medium contain games, movies, drawings and sculptures.
5. Licensor means the individual(s) or entity(ies) granting rights under this License.
6. You means the individual or entity exercising the Licensed Rights under this License. Your has a corresponding meaning.

Section 2 - License Conditions

1. Licensed Project

   1. You are not allowed to use the licensed project commercially.
   2. You may create and share videos and images of the licensed project.
   3. You are not allowed to create copies of the licensed project, for the purpose of creating derivative projects.
   4. You may create copies of the licensed project, for educational purposes as well as for contributing to the licensed project.

2. Assets

   1. You are not allowed to use the provided assets commercially.
   2. You are not allowed to edit or share the provided assets.
   3. You may use the provided assets for inspirational purposes.
   4. You may use the provided assets for artistic purposes as long as they serve a different artistic medium than the licensed project.

3. Source Code

   1. You are not allowed to use the provided source code in its entirety for any commercial purposes.
   2. You may use snippets of the provided source code in your own projects.
      1. You may use the above mentioned snippets commercially.

Section 3 – Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability.

1. Unless otherwise separately undertaken by the Licensor, to the extent possible, the Licensor offers the Licensed Material as-is and as-available, and makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the Licensed Material, whether express, implied, statutory, or other. This includes, without limitation, warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, absence of latent or other defects, accuracy, or the presence or absence of errors, whether or not known or discoverable. Where disclaimers of warranties are not allowed in full or in part, this disclaimer may not apply to You.

2. To the extent possible, in no event will the Licensor be liable to You on any legal theory (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or other losses, costs, expenses, or damages arising out of this Public License or use of the Licensed Material, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such losses, costs, expenses, or damages. Where a limitation of liability is not allowed in full or in part, this limitation may not apply to You.

3. The disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability provided above shall be interpreted in a manner that, to the extent possible, most closely approximates an absolute disclaimer and waiver of all liability.
