Team-Goals: Learn some shit.... have good grasp of the learning objectives and try to have proficient on as many of the grading rubrics as possible. GET THAT SCROLLING TEXT FUNCTIONALITY!!
Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):
Hard working, good communicators. Comfortable working together (driver/navigator or getting feedback if issues are run into) but also comfortable dividing up tasks and working independently to resolve.
How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:
Our ability to articulate complex ideas simply, will help us help each other. WE FUCKING BAD ASSES
Schedule Expectations (When are we available to work together and individually? What constraints do we have?):
Flexible, preferred to work during the school hours, but for the most part working from home. Slack calls/remote calls if necessary
Communication Expectations (How and often will we communicate? How do we keep lines of communication open? How will we make decisions as a team?):
At a minimum once a day. Plan to err on the side of over communicating, if we plan to take a particular or need to swap responsibilities just keep all persons apprised.
Abilities & Growth Expectations (Technical strengths and areas for desired improvement):
Group:
Improve skills with fetch requests Consistent refactoring process throughout the project, and not just at the end Writing good/effective comments to aid in others stepping into code and able to quickly grasp what is doing what
Workload Expectations (What features do we each want to work on?):
Try to be as equal in workload disbursement as possible. But not opposed to any person working ahead if they get in a zone, with the exception that they give proper notice so there is no overlap.
Workflow Expectations (Git workflow/Tools/Code Review/Reviewing Pull Requests/Debugging and Problem-solving Techniques):
Work off separate branches, create issues, establish PR using the template
Expectations for giving and receiving feedback: Overall be positive, constructive. If there are any exceptions do so in a kind well thought out manner that lets the person save face.
