When I was offered to create a foundation for a charitable purpose in Switzerland, I was a little confused - how to start and what is needed for this. I started looking for information and came across a site https://swisscompanyformation.com/articles/blog/swiss-company-establishing-a-foundation-and-verein/ with a detailed description of how to create a foundation and Verein. All the steps, legal requirements, taxes - all this was explained without unnecessary complications. It really helped me get my bearings.
