At first this keyboard worked good at 1000Hz polling rate, but a few months ago it got locked at 62.5Hz, no matter which OS or device it got connected. Is there a way to fix this? It's really annoying using it that slow in USB connection.
Already tried resetting its firmware and customization dozen times trying to fix it and never came back working at 1000Hz again.

So the 2.4GHz dongle cannot get 1000Hz polling rate?

I suppose so.. After all, even using USB connection my unit got stuck at 62.5Hz. Too bad I've not tested the 2.4GHz connection polling rate while it still worked at 1000Hz, but now at least my keyboard isn't able to make it. Can't tell that about all gmk67 out there, but I've seen quite amount of people with the same problem as me. Its driver being so simple make impossible to change polling rate even if at any time it was supposed to be a feature. I'm sure that even if there's a way to change it back to 1000Hz, the driver does not make it possible. There's no compatibility with other interfaces like VIA or QMK to try changing it using a safe method also.

What apps do you use to check the poling rate because I just bought the Gmk67 yesterday

You can just change the Task Manager Shortcut to use that command instead. For example, I use ctrl shift ' to open it (due to my keyboard language settings) and works like a charm.

Just hit windows key and type:
Task Manager -> Select Open File Location -> Right Click the Task Manager on the Windows Explorer that opened -> Properties -> Define the Shortcut Key and hit Apply. And it's done : )

[Maybe Windows uses differente words compared to what I've typed because I use another language as my main. Anyway, the way to do it is pretty easy to understand]

My keyboard stopped connecting via the 2.4ghz channel. I tried to connect via BT and everything worked out, but I would like to connect via 2.4, another wireless keyboard and mouse are also connected, I turned them off but the keyboard still can't connect, maybe it needs to be reset to factory settings somehow? or something else((
pls help

Try to re-pair your keyboard with the dongle using these instructions:
" Please toggle the mode switch to 2.4Ghz mode
Plug in the receiver into your device. The device indicator is white color when the keyboard is under 2.4G mode.
Long press FN+ R key enter 2.4g pairing mode. At this time, the device indicator flashes white color quickly. After the connection is successful, the device indicator stops blinking and goes to steady white color "

I've already tried to do this several times and it doesn't help, so I'm writing (

same issue here. have you found the fix?

mine also starting to have that issue. i bought one as secondhand, it was working fine untill weeks later (yesterday) the 2.4 ghz suddenly stopped working.
my first solution for this issue is going to device manager > USB Controllers > properties > power management > uncheck "allow the computer to turn of this device to save power". this solution does work for sometime, no issues of disconnecting and my 2.4ghz working just fine.
However, the problem reappear just today and its getting frustating because it literally stopped working, the 2.4ghs mode just wont connect or work. it does appear the dongle is connected to the keyboard, but the GMK67 wont type anything. also the fn light is blinking. my solution for this issue is open the GMK67 Driver (the one you need to download) > go to settings > Reset keyboard settings + reset firmware. after that, it works again now. i just hope it wont have the same problem again because i actually love this keyboard.
Hope this helps !

Hello all, I just want to report the same issue here. After only 4 months of use, my GMK67 stopped working on 2.4ghs mode. Unfortunaltely, your tips didn't help to solve the issue in my case :( Windows can recognize the usb dongle, but it wont't pair with the keyboard. The white light keeps blinking after long pressing Fn+R but it will never pair. I tried resetting the firmware using the Zuoya driver, but there's no firmware upgrade/downgrade available. It will also not pair on Linux devices. Bluetooth and wired mode still work. Could anyone help me?

I have the same issue, any solution?

For all of those with the keyboard not responding and the fn key blinking my solution to this is simply recharge the keyboard as it says in the manual here the fn key will blink although it’s not red so I think it’s just low on battery when it’s happening and then I can use the keyboard for some time until it runs out of battery again
