  Initiate cold outreach with a new contact and set up a coffee meeting with them, 
  Participate in resume review workshop by bringing a resume tailored to a specific position OR bring a cover letter draft for that position

  yes please, unless its remote.

 4. How will you know at the end of this module that you have successfully completed your professional development goals?
  When I feel confident that I have a polished resume and job profiles that I want employers to look at.
  
 5. How will you contribute to the Microaggressions Gear Up? 
  I will bring my background and personal exposure to microaggressions to our conversations and hope that I can provide a unique
  and thoughtful opinion.

  Continue to be respectful and empowering of others and understanding of their opinions.
