I am yet to try it on Win OS
The adapter is detected by the computer(Ubuntu 22:04) lsusb
dmesg -w output

The adapter's called MacroSilicon VGA Display: MicroSilicon
Micro Silicon google search

I'm not sure if the adapter is supported by DisplayLink
