- a really lovely coffee shop in Queen Anne. Friendlier than La Marzocco, but not as fun a hang-out spot
- La Marzocco in Queen Anne
- a spacious coffee shop with room to hang out. They take their coffee quite seriously, but it's also part of the radio station so they play music, sometimes live
- Rachel's Ginger Beer
- in Pike Place. Not a cafe, but they have ginger beer (nonalcoholic) and is a refreshing place to stop. They also do some cocktails with them

- a very cute speakeasy
- Bathtub Gin in Belltown
- another speakeasy

- really cool and weird neighbourhood. Beautiful to walk along the river. I recommend:
