I've added more informations about streaming and waking up from sleep.
How does this work exactly with the Gopro4? I can only get it into the app-pairing mode where it starts a countdown from 3 minutes; during that time I can connect from a standard desktop pc and run commands, but after the timeout I lose the connection.
Can I somehow fake the app pairing on a desktop computer?

I have an issue since firmware 2.00.00 and 3.00.00, I cant change the submode with a http request. when calling http://10.5.5.9/gp/gpControl/setting/69/{0,1,2} , the screen shortly flashed, but no settings are changed. Any ideas? I tried all settings from 1 to 80, but no luck changing the submode. The xmode commands don't change anything either.
I found with the help of ettercap and wireshark how to do this! with http://10.5.5.9gp/gpControl/command/sub_mode?mode=1&sub_mode=2 changes to photo mode and sub mode night. I don't know if this works with firmware 1.00.00. I will create a PR with the changes.

Do you know the commands to tell the GoPro to take a picture?
I have the GoPro Hero 4 Black and I can't seem to find that command anywhere.
