Forkする
git clone https://github.com/foo/bar.git
git checkout -b hogeSpike
commitする

先頭行は80文字以内
先頭行の頭文字は小文字
先頭行のピリオドは省く
- 修正した問題点、修正の妥当性を本文に含める

git checkout -b hoge
git rebase -i master
2つめ以降のcommitのpickをsquashに書き換え
git push origin hogeo
