The power indicator houses 2 leds: - /LED_POWER: on during and after boot up.
- /LED_POWER_BOOTING: on during and off after boot up.

All leds are on with a low output and off with a high output on the corresponding GPIO pin. If the GPIO pin is placed in tri-state mode, the led will turn on with a lower brightness of around 3/4 of full brightness. The GPIO pins could be software-configured with pull-downs, or there could be actual pull down resistors. In the first case, this low-brightness mode could increase power dissipation in the SoC. Thus, it seems safer not to put the GPIO pin in tri-state mode.
