- Open a CMD as Admin and paste
taskkill /f /im NLClientApp.exeandnet stop nlsvc- Move the .dll to
C:\Program Files\Locktime Software\NetLimiterand rename it toNetLimiter.dll- paste on the CMD
net start nlsvc- Enjoy!

Thank you. I always suppport developers where I can but sadly in 2025 there are too many greedy corporations only interested in signing you up for SaaS. Bring back the old days where you could buy your software outright. I would be more than happy to buy Adobe (GenP) outright for a one off payment like I did with Davinci Resolve and Affinity. For companies who choose to ignore their customers, gurus of the internet will find you.
