Что нужно чтобы умный фильтр работал в связке с catalog.section

1. Фильтр должен располагаться над catalog.section
2. Параметр:
"FILTER_NAME" => "NEXT_SMART_FILTER",
Дожен быть одинаковым у:
bitrix:catalog.smart.filter
bitrix:catalog.section
