It's not just for breakfast. It can make a great dinner!
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 1.5 cups of shredded cheese
- 3 eggs
- Filling of your choice:
- spinach
- kielbasa
- sauteed mushrooms and onions
- anything
- Make a quick crust or buy a ready made crust and put it in an oiled or non-stick sprayed pie pan. The deeper the better.
- Put the crust in a 350F oven for 7 minutes (if premade)
- Cook any fillings that need to be cooked.
- In a mixing bowl combine the milk, eggs, cheese, and fillings. Stir.
- Pour into pie plate and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350F
- Check for done-ness by sticking a fork in the middle, let rest for 5 to 10 minutes or risk a liquidy mess!
- Eat it!
