  <![CDATA[<p>Cape Specialty Entertainment Group (CSEG) will present its aerial adaptation of &quot;Alice in Wonderland&quot;, with four performances from Friday, May 9, to Sunday, May 11, at Bedell Performance Hall on the River Campus in Cape Girardeau. </p> <p>The production, a blend of circus arts and musical theater, returns with enhanced performances featuring aerial acrobatics and choreography that aims to transport audiences into the whimsical world of Lewis Carroll&apos;s classic tale.</p> <p>CSEG&apos;s production is not just about entertainment; it also serves as a platform for young local talent. Collaborating with Encore Dance Academy and The Edge Aerial Arts Company Youth, the group provides young performers with the opportunity to gain experience in a professional setting, according to a news release announcing the shows.</p> <p>The company will be putting on a free performance earlier in the week for third and fourth graders from Cape Girardeau Public Schools and Jackson School District in an effort to ensures children in the region may experience live theater, potentially for the first time.</p> <p>Performances will be at 7:30 p.m. May 9 and 10, and at 2 p.m. May 10 and 11.</p> <p>Ticket information may be found at   <a href="https://semo.evenue.net/events/AIW"><i>https://semo.evenue.net/events/AIW</i></a>  .</p>]]>
