crtl-r performs: reverse-i-search

How do you move to the next match?

type crtl-r again!

How do you move to the previous match?

type crtl-i. (for some it is crtl+shift+r)

Example:

ls foo;
ls bar;
<crtl-r> 
<ls>

<crtl-r> <crtl-r>

<crtl-i> <crtl-i> <crtl-i>
