FYI, the newspaper websites owned by CNHI (owner of the Free Press) have recently been updated so now the paywall code loads after the initial page load, and therefore the paywall isn't caught by ABP using the above. HOWEVER, the script that does the magic is coming from their CMS vendor and can be easily blocked by adding this ABP filter:
