Jediný obecně platný pravidlo v opensource je uznávat autorství. Licence tu jsou jenom kvuli debilnim zakonum, ktere je vyžadují.

V zásadě přesně o to vynucování posílání patchů atd se snaží GPL a skoro nikdo ho nemá rád...

ad gist: já mám pro svůj kód pravidlo, že co je v repozitáři, má licenci (když už to musí bejt…) a co je v gistu (blog, pastebin atd.), to je public domain
