Area of Growth:
Time management! I have spent some time going over my weekly schedule and want to spend more time here at Turing working and helping other students in order to build comminuty and my personal skills. Last go-round I spent more time than I realized (until it was too late) driving from different activities that I needed to stay healthy. Instead, I need to be planning for the whole day, every day, and packing for that so that I don't need to make stops in the middle of the day; I can spend that time working.
Goal:
Specific: I want to be finishing at least 50% of iteration 4's on my personal projects/assignments. I've chosen this because I think this is where I fell off last time around. I wasn't making it past iteration 3's and I want to have a deeper understanding of the material I'm learning- I think this will give me the confidence I need to make it through the rest of the program.
Measurable (How can you measure progress and know if you’ve successfully met your goal?): By the end of the mod, I will be able to look at my scores from Independent Challenges and Individual Proejcts, and I made it into iteraion 4 on at least 50% of them.
Achievable: I am going to need to sit down and work with one of my instructors this week to better understand the end of Dog Walker and Credit Check, and maybe do the same with a few other challenges just to break through the wall I keep hitting.
Relevant (How does this goal connect to your larger career goals?): Higher understanding and building a solid foundation can't hurt in any way. I want to feel good about the skills I'm buidling; that confidence really comes through in interviews and in working in teams.
Timebound (When do you plan to achieve this goal by? Be specific and consider how realistic your expectations are): I think it's safe to say that I should be hitting iteration 4's by the third week.

I'm glad you were able to build on your experience last mod to identify what you can adjust this mod! I'll follow up on this with you in a coaching session!
