I have added PE Header Import Directory Table read to the original gist caioproiete/ReadingPortableExecutable_PE_header.cs.
To list what dll's an exe will load on startup.
Often the Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime (2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019) is not installed.
Use it like this:
